Overview

In our report, The Future of HR in the Digital Age, the HR role is changing in response to challenges and opportunities brought by digital.

Organisations need to engage with their employees via the most appropriate media so that they can innovate and continue delivering value to their customers.

AI can help you to handle recruiting, productivity, and retention more efficiently than traditional HR methods. At the same time, it also allows you to do it faster than ever before. Merging artificial intelligence (AI) into HR functions like onboarding and administration of benefits can and will improve the overall employee experience.

Blockchain technologies can improve the exchange of information which forms the framework for the employer-employee relationship. From big-picture areas like hiring and taxes to smaller scale tasks like payroll, there are so many important human resources applications that blockchain will change.

Join us at this breakfast briefing as we curate and highlight how AI and blockchain will affect HR and how HR can play a role in digital transformation.
