Women are making their mark on the digital marketing world in a big way.  The Digital Divas event series aims to celebrate thought leadership of women in the digital marketing space. It aims to provide a platform where leading women can inspire and educate the marketing community.

Astha is very passionate about unravelling the magic at the intersection between marketing, technology and consumer behavior. Astha is currently president and founder of the Singapore Management University Marketing Alumni Group. She also writes a blog about marketing (www.mooketing.com) that is read in over 100 countries. Astha is currently a Marketing Science Expert at Facebook. She was most recently a performance marketing manager at Uber and was previously at organisations such as Skyscanner, LinkedIn and Ogilvy&Mather.

Anna is the CEO and founding partner of CrescoData. CrescoData is a technology company headquartered in Singapore. CrescoData works with retailers across Asia Pacific to help amplify their local and global eCommerce sales. The CrescoData cloud-based Platform connects internal systems and automates internal processes to turn on multi-channel marketing.

Anna has worked in both the public and private sector. She has a 17-year digital career spanning Europe and Asia Pacific and has worked in brands, telcos, publishers and agencies. In Australia she was Head of Mobile for Yahoo!7 where she managed the team that was responsible for the productisation and commercialisation of the Yahoo! mobile portfolio and 7 Media Group properties including Pacific Publications and Channel 7 shows. Her work has won multiple Mobile Marketing Awards.

Prior to leaving Australia, she was Director of Investment and Institutional Investment for UKTI, the commercial arm of the British Government where she helped businesses expand into the UK. In Singapore she is a mentor on the start-up scene.

Anna holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and an MA from City University, London.

Rosemary is a digital marketing leader and solutions creator and with over 20 years’ experience.  She was formerly Managing Director, Columbus Asia, a Search and Performance agency within Dentsu Aegis Network.  Rosemary has previously held senior leadership positions at iProspect, GroupM, Blue Interactive (acquired by WPP) and DoubleClick (acquired by Google).  Recognized as a digital industry pioneer, she takes concepts and ideas and brings them to business reality, by driving strategic vision, business growth and operational excellence.

Rosemary is a proven leader in launching and building successful digital businesses and practices.  She is passionate about helping companies develop programs and frameworks that deliver accountable outcomes and positive change.  

As an active supporter of the Asian digital marketing industry, Rosemary has held advisory board positions at the Asia Digital Leadership Summit, 4As, Digital Advertising Alliance, Ad Tech and Effie Awards.  She also speaks at industry leading events such as All That Matters and ATS.

Jenn has more than 20 years of experience helping brands recreate their marketing capabilities for a sustainable competitive advantage in the digital age. Jenn has worked with global, regional and local organisations across Australia, Latin America and Asia Pacific helping them make the most of data-driven insights to creatively solve for business growth challenges deploying Google digital marketing, cloud, enterprise and video platforms. This is where her passion for helping incumbents embark on digital transformation was born.

After 12 years, 3 continents, 14 offices, 3 global, 2 regional and 3 local roles, Jenn left Google to lead a high performing business development team responsible for the activation, execution and implementation of large-scale digital partnerships at NTUC Income under the newly created digital transformation office.

Jenn holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, a Masters in Information Technology and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales. She is mentor to numerous female founders in the tech space across SEA and sits on the advisory board of two corporate-backed accelerators in Singapore.

Connie leads the Singapore hub for WPP’s Government & Public Sector Practice. She advises government communicators and public sector clients in strategy, innovation, global best practice, capability building and procurement objectives.

Connie works with WPP companies to develop and deliver agile and effective solutions that deliver on the communication goals through integrated communications.  She identifies the best teams and talent within WPP with the required skills, tools and processes to develop programmes that engage citizens in the modern world.  

 A WPP veteran for over 20 years, Connie has decades of experience with local and international assignments, including leadership on key government accounts in Singapore.  Prior to joining the Government Practice, she was Chief Client Officer of MEC Asia Pacific, responsible for the agency client leadership community, developing and implementing strong client-centric solutions.

 In 2012, Connie became the first woman President of the 4A’s in the association’s 65 year history.  She served until Q1 2018 and the focus has always been on developing and growing the industry in Singapore.
