Jeff Rajeck, Research Analyst APAC, Econsultancy

Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer and consultant for Econsultancy in APAC and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about social media marketing, analytics and statistics (http://econsultancy.com/blog/authors/jeff-rajeck).

Recently he has advised customers on how to use new social channels for recruitment, using an analytical approach to optimize spend and demonstrate ROI. Previous clients include Deutsche Bank, DBS, Siemens, JP Morgan, BASF, and Fujitsu - each of whom faced difficulty recruiting using other digital channels and experienced superior results on social media. 

Jeff holds a BA in English from University Of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), a Master's in Computing from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), and a Master's in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

A true storyteller, Ashok has the ability to articulate brand stories and create emotionally resonating transmedia content that scales across platforms and delivers exceptional results.

Ashok is a savvy marketer who leverages his extensive brand building experience and a deep understanding of customer behaviour and digital marketing techniques to create highly effective marketing strategies that deliver results.

Ashok brings a fresh perspective to marketing and branding to address a seismic shift in the way people are buying things and how they perceive brands. He advocates a more ‘Human’ brand building and marketing philosophy to attract and emotionally connect with today’s smart and savvy customer. He believes that for brands to be successful today, they need to be real and authentic. Damien is a digital disrupter and change agent with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and digital transformation. He is highly awarded, being honoured with “Global Top 50 Digital Marketing Leaders 2016”, “Financial Services Marketer of the Year 2016”, “Digital Marketer of the Year 2016”, "Most Influential CMO 2015", "Marketing Professional of The Year 2012" and the "Brand Leadership Award 2011".

He recently joins Econsultancy APAC as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Principal Consultant and is looking to help organisations with their digital transformation road map.

Damien is currently CEO of Peoplewave a cloud-based HR software company on a mission to make work fair. Before entrepreneurship, he was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this he was Chief Marketing Officer at Philips APAC. Damien has also worked at major global brands such as Samsung, Dell, Ogilvy & Mather, Citibank, Coca-Cola, NRMA and McKinsey & Company.

Hari is a digital media marketing veteran, a performance expert & industry leader with a unique genome – more than 1.5 decades of proven leadership & expertise - both on the technology platforms/data & analytics side as well as on the business management/commercial side.

Hari was roped in as the the Regional M.D. for Havas’s performance arm, Ecselis & the Head of Paid Digital Strategy for the group across APAC in January 2016 where his remit is to establish, build & scale the RHQ hub in Singapore in addition to scaling up the people, technology and practice capabilities across the SEA & IN region. With a slew of new businesses secured in 15 months, tripling the team strength and sprucing up the technology offering & practice, he is well on his way to making Ecselis as a challenger brand in Singapore.

In his previous role as the Head of Digital Acquisition APAC at PayPal, he set up a strong regional digital acquisition practice, conducted a full-fledged RFP to choose a new digital performance agency partner and deployed processes for technologies/platforms in the Singapore RHQ which led to establishment of a highly successful enterprise level digital Paid and Earned acquisition program spanning 12 markets. His role also included cross-country and functional stakeholder management as an important part of the remit.

Outside work, he is an avid researcher of ancient civilizations, technologies and firmly believes that we weren’t the first humans to walk the face of this earth. He also loves going on never ending rides through long and winding roads amidst mountains, jungles and their inmates.

With 17 years of working experience, Kestrel Lee is a Shanghai-based Executive Creative Director for e-commerce, integrated and digital marketing. Starting as a English-Chinese copywriter at ad agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, Y&R, he made his mark at digital-led integrated agencies such as Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett, FCBi, TBWA/Tequila, SapientNitro and ZENO/Edelmen.

A proven expert in social e-commerce, social media, search (SEO/SEM), gaming, video and mobile advertising, Kestrel Lee has led digital, social media and integrated campaigns for global brands such as Mars, Unilever, L’Oreal, HP, Apple, Microsoft, adidas, Volvo, Standard Chartered Bank.
