Johan Enstrom, Head of Digital Transformation from Pentland Brands as the guest speaker.  He has 12 years’ experience working with digital technologies across marketing, education and services and is passionate about how technology drives change in behaviour and culture.   

He will be joined by our second guest speakers Emily Garvie, HR Business Partner and Harriet Quick, VP for digital marketing for RS Components who will be speaking about RS' unique approach to talent attraction, development & retention and the importance of talent in RS Component's digital transformation. RS Components is often referenced as business at the pinnacle of digital in the B2B sector.
