Overview

Our first report on the subject, published in partnership with Adobe in 2012 originated a new model for the progression of agency value. Three years on and the customer experience revolution is having a huge impact on SI and agency operating models and calling for fundamental changes in agency business practices.

Hosted by Neil Perkin of Only Dead Fish and consultant with Econsultancy, the webinar will provide a preview into the new research findings and focus on how agencies are adapting across key areas of business, including data and technology, skills and culture to grow and thrive in this brave new world.

On the agenda:

  • How is the customer experience revolution changing the agency footprint within their clients' companies?
  • What are the new ways of working with clients that are emerging and what challenges and opportunities  do they bring?
  • Are we witnessing the birth of a whole new model for the ‘full service’ agency?
  • The war for talent – where are agencies hurting most?
  • Where are the growth areas and biggest opportunities for agencies in the future?
  • Remuneration has traditionally been a significant barrier to change – how are the most progressive agencies now billing for their work?

The webinar is organised in association with Adobe.
