Jeff Rajeck, Research Analyst APAC, Econsultancy

Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer and consultant for Econsultancy in APAC and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about social media marketing, analytics and statistics.

For the last 6 years, Jeff has been providing SEO, SEM, social and digital marketing analytics consulting in Singapore. His approach is to look at his customers' businesses from first principles and determine how best to reach and interact with their target audience using the available platforms and technology.

Recently he has advised customers on how to use new social channels for recruitment, using an analytical approach to optimize spend and demostrate ROI. Previous clients include Deutsche Bank, DBS, Siemens, JP Morgan, BASF, and Fujitsu - each of whom faced difficulty recruiting using other digital channels and experienced superior results on social media.

Stephanie Myers, VP, Customer Strategy, Experience & Loyalty, Prudential Assurance

Stephanie is a customer experience leader with expertise in helping global brands respond competitively to an evolving digital landscape and changing consumer expectations. 

After a career working with blue-chip brands at leading advertising agencies including J. Walter Thompson, FCB and Publicis, Stephanie is now supporting Prudential's mission to become a truly customer-centric organization. She is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer into Prudential and for establishing a data-driven approach to building healthy, profitable relationships. 

Previously Stephanie was responsible for transforming HSBC’s approach to digital marketing in Singapore, making it into a test market for the region. This included a focus on mobile-first customer experience, content, social media, mobile innovation, programmatic and search.

Over the past year, Stephanie presented at the CXO Leaders Conference in Australia and Singapore, Intrigue Summit, Future of Finance, Econsultancy's Digital Cream, Marketing’s Customer Experience Conference, 20:20 Customer Experience in Financial Services and the Asian Banking Forum. She was a judge for the 2016 Mob-Ex Awards and is a past contributor to industry publications including The Drum, Campaign Asia-Pacific and Marketing Magazine. 

Stephanie holds a Global Master of Arts from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from York University.

Drew Graham, Director, Fintech Strategy and Engagement, Standard Chartered Bank

Drew Graham is the Director of Fintech Strategy and Engagement at Standard Chartered and plays a key role in the forming of the bank's strategy for partnering with emerging technology startups across the globe. 

Before Standard Chartered, Drew was the co-founder and CEO of Wobe Indonesia, a fintech firm which has created a revolutionary distribution and payments network in Indonesia, winning the firm the 'Best Asian Startup' at the Unilever InnovFest UnBound in April 2015.

Drew has also served as the director and CTO of a Singapore-based IT consultancy and advised firms as diverse as a financial cloud services company in Hong Kong, an oil and gas technology infrastructure company in Papua New Guinea, and a data analytics startup in Berlin.

He is a keen mentor of Singaporean entrepreneurs and a passionate advisor to startup accelerator programs.
